Chairman

Augie Byllott

Introducing Augie Byllott: a visionary real estate entrepreneur, accomplished author, and dedicated educator with a mission to aid others in creating prosperity and leaving a meaningful impact.  As the guiding force behind Creating Wealth USA and Common Wealth Trust Services, LLC, Augie has harnessed his expertise to inspire transformation in both the financial and philanthropic spheres.

Augie’s pioneering initiative, the Billion Dollar Challenge, embodies his commitment to fostering positive change. With the audacious goal of channeling $1 billion toward charitable causes over two decades, he envisions a vibrant community of 10,000 individuals whom he seeks to educate and empower with effective real estate investment strategies. He believes in, “give as you grow” and encourages them to contribute $100 weekly to a charity of their choice.  He says, “Do the math, it’s simple, and it works!”

Beyond his remarkable achievements in real estate, Augie’s heartfelt dedication to enhancing mobility has etched an enduring impact. His journey began with a modest donation of two wheelchairs in 2009 to Chair the Love, an organization that holds immense significance in his life. This pivotal moment sparked a chain reaction, leading Augie to facilitate fundraising efforts through family, friends, clients, and others that resulted in shipments of wheelchairs to numerous countries, including Guatemala, Mexico, Honduras, and the Philippines.

In recognition of his extraordinary commitment, Augie was invited to serve on the board of Chair the Love in 2018, cementing his role in shaping its impactful endeavors. Alongside his wife, Audrey, he’s discovered immeasurable joy in contributing to a mission that brings mobility to those who lack the means. Augie’s motivation lies in the transformative power of witnessing the smiles and newfound independence of beneficiaries.

In essence, Augie Byllott transcends the realm of real estate entrepreneurship to embody a force for positive change. His story stands as a testament to the potential of purpose-driven entrepreneurship, heartfelt compassion, and the belief that through collective efforts, a brighter future can be forged.

Ben Lalikos

Advisory Board Member

Ben Lalikos

Having worked closely in the finance industry with NuView IRA for over 10 years, Ben has had the opportunity to work with the amazing people at Chair the Love to both give and raise funds for an incredibly important cause since its early days.  As an original committee member and participant in The Hero Games in 2013, the first event hosted to raise funds for The Wheel Chair Foundation in Central Florida, he has been a part of the organization’s various races, events and galas to raise funds for the Wheel Chair Foundation.  While he has not had a chance yet to participate in a distribution trip, the stories and videos shared by friends have had a lasting effect on him and his family.  Drawing from past experiences in working with other Central Florida charities, he plans to continue increasing awareness of Chair the Love and the Wheel Chair Foundation, as well as increase the dollars raised to serve those in need both in the Central Florida community and around the world.

Glen Mather with an excited man in a wheelchair

Vice-Chairman

Glen Mather

In 2003 Glen founded what became NuView Trust, and as it grew, he looked for a unique and powerful way to serve those with the greatest need. A few years later, Glen was asked to go on a wheelchair distribution trip to Mexico City, and was so moved by the response and joy of the recipients, he decided that he wanted to find a way to help in a larger way. Through NuView, employees, business associates and friends and family, he planned golf tournaments, dinners, author lectures, and hero games to raise funds.

With the kindness and generosity of others, the tribe of people wanting to help grew; so much so, that in 2017 they formed the 501c3, Chair the Love. Now thousands of chairs have been delivered not just to the neediest in Florida, but also in Mexico, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Belize, The Bahamas, Trinidad-Tobago, Peru, Ecuador, Kenya, and The Philippines.
